Meghalaya MPSC Stenographer Recruitment 2025: On behalf of the government of Meghalaya, the Meghalaya Public Service Commission (MPSC) invites applications (Online mode) from eligible candidates for the post of Stenographer. The last date for submission of the application is 17:00 hrs on the 13th June 2025.

1. Post Name: Stenographer Grade-I under Meghalaya Civil Secretariat

No of posts: 11 [UR:2, KJ:4, Garo:5]
Age limit: There shall be no age limit for Stenographer Grade-II and Stenographer Grade-III serving under the State Government for competing in the Speed Test in Stenography in English at 150 words per minute provided they entered service within the prescribed age limit.
Salary: Pay Level 16 of Revised Pay Structure.
Essential Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from recognized University. Candidates must serve as Steno Grade II or Grade III under the State Government for not less than 5(five) years for competing the Speed Test in English Stenography at 150 wpm, conducted by the Meghalaya Public Service Commission.
