- Salary: Rs. 27,500/- per month
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Preference for 2 years in engineering project planning
2. Post Name: Field Engineer

- Location: West Khasi Hills:1 and Eastern West Khasi Hills:2
- Age limit: 18–37 years
- Salary: Rs. 23,000/- per month
- Essential Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: Preference for 2 years in related fieldwork
3. Post Name: Programme Associate (Gender & Social Safeguards)

- Age limit: 18–37 years
- Salary: Rs. 23,000/- per month
- Essential Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Gender Studies, Psychology, Social Science, Development Studies or related discipline including courses in gender within the degree.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in gender and community work
