SEBI Assistant Manager Pay Scale
Pay Scale: ₹62,500 – 3,600 (4) – 76,900 – 4,050 (7) – 1,05,250 -EB – 4,050 (4) – 1,21,450 – 4,650 (1) – 1,26,100
(Approximately ₹1,40,500 per month including allowances).

Educational Qualification by Stream
1. General Stream:
Master’s Degree / 2-year PG Diploma in any discipline OR Bachelor’s Degree in Law / Engineering OR professional qualifications like CA, CFA, CS, or Cost Accountant.
2. Legal Stream:
Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
Experience as an Advocate is desirable.
3. Information Technology Stream:
Bachelor’s in Engineering (any branch) OR Bachelor’s with PG in Computer Science / IT.
4. Research Stream:
Master’s or PG Diploma in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
5. Official Language Stream:
Master’s in Hindi / Sanskrit / English with Hindi or English as one of the subjects at graduation level.
6. Engineering (Electrical / Civil):
Bachelor’s Degree in the respective discipline.
Relevant experience is desirable.
Age Limit (as on 30 September 2025)
- Maximum Age: 30 years
(Candidates must have been born on or after 01 October 1995)
Age Relaxation:
- SC / ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Other categories: As per Government norms
SEBI Selection Process 2025
The selection process will consist of three phases:
- Phase I: Online Examination (Two Papers)
- Phase II: Online Examination (Two Papers)
- Interview
