Educational Qualification & Experience

Candidates must possess:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / Cost Accountant (ICMA) / MBA (Finance) / M.Com or equivalent.
• Minimum 8–12 years of progressively responsible experience in finance and accounts.
• Experience preferably in:
  • Government programmes
  • Externally Aided Projects
  • Large organisations

• Strengthening financial management systems

Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate shall be responsible for:

• A. Financial Management & Accounting
• B. Budgeting & Financial Planning
• C. Funds Management & Compliance
• D. Audit & Reporting
• E. Procurement & Contract Management (Financial Aspects)

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical and financial management skills
• Knowledge of accounting software and MS Office
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Remuneration

• ₹46,800 to ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
• Additional Allowances:
  • HRA – ₹5,000
  • Mobile – ₹800
  • Internet – ₹200
• Remuneration will be as per approved norms of the organisation.

Age Limit

• Maximum age: 45 years
• Relaxation in upper age limit and qualification/experience may be considered in deserving cases.

• MSSDS reserves the right to cancel or modify the recruitment process at any stage.
