MBMA Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences / Social Work / Rural Development or related fields.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite.
Good communication skills.

Essential Requirements

Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Minimum 1 year of field experience in:
- Community engagement
- Fieldwork
- Data collection
Knowledge of local languages is mandatory (Khasi/Garo/Jaintia).

Skills Required

Ability to travel extensively within assigned block/cluster.
Monitor Village Data Volunteers.
Coordination with local committees for preparing village NRM plans.
Strong community and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
