Educational Qualification
Manager – Technology & Innovation (Information System)
Candidates must have:
- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / Electronics & Communication OR
- MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science / Information Systems OR
- MBA (IT/Systems) with strong technical background.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years experience in Information Systems, IT Project Management, Digital Innovation, or Enterprise Technology Solutions.
Skills Required:
- Database management (SQL / NoSQL)
- System architecture & APIs
- Cybersecurity protocols
- Project management and stakeholder coordination
Assistant Manager / Programme Associate – Monitoring & Evaluation
Qualification:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Statistics, Demography, Public Policy, Development Studies, or Engineering.
- Advanced certificate in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) preferred.
Experience:
- Assistant Manager: Minimum 3 years experience in monitoring and evaluation activities.
- Programme Associate: Minimum 1 year experience in monitoring and evaluation.
