IPPB Executive Salary 2025

• ₹30,000/- per month (Fixed Pay) including statutory deductions.
• Performance-based incentives and annual increment applicable.
• No other allowances or bonuses will be provided.

Tenure of Engagement

• Engagement period: 1 year (extendable up to 3 years) based on performance.
• Performance reviews every 6 months — unsatisfactory performance in two reviews may lead to repatriation.
• Cooling-off period: 2 years after completion of engagement.

Selection Process

• Selection will be based on merit, calculated from graduation marks.
• In case of tie:
  • Seniority in DoP will be considered.
  • If same, date of birth will be the deciding factor.
• IPPB may conduct an Online Test if necessary.
• Selected candidates must provide NOC, Vigilance Clearance, and Penalty Records.
