DRDA East Khasi Hills Recruitment 2025: The Office of the Project Director, District Rural Development Agency (DRDA) – MGNREGA Cell, East Khasi Hills District, Shillong has released an official notification inviting applications from eligible candidates who are permanent residents of East Khasi Hills District and willing to work in rural areas. The recruitment is for the post of Additional District Programme Manager under the MGNREGA Programme.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must have a Master’s Degree in one of the following disciplines:

• Rural Development
• Agricultural Extension
• Social Work
• Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development
  or an equivalent qualification from a recognized or reputed university.

Experience

Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the relevant field.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 32 years
• Relaxation: 5 years for candidates belonging to ST/SC categories.

Remuneration

A fixed monthly salary of ₹25,000/- will be provided.

Nature of Appointment

• The appointment will be purely temporary and contractual for a period of 1 year.
• It may be extended based on satisfactory performance during the project period.
• No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written examination.
