Educational Qualification
Lower Division Assistant (LDA)
- SSLC passed
- Certificate/Diploma in Computer
- Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute
Weaving Demonstrator
- HSSLC / SSLC passed
- 2 years Certificate Course in Handloom Technology from HTI, Mendipathar
- Candidates with 2 years Certificate Course in Handloom from Handloom Training Institute, Mendipathar are eligible for the post of Weaving Demonstrator / Weaving Assistant
Weaving Assistant
- Same qualification as Weaving Demonstrator
- Age condonation approved by Cabinet on 19 December 2023 for over-aged passed-out trainees (applicable only for this recruitment cycle)
Driver
- Class VIII passed
- Valid Driving Licence for Light/Medium/Heavy Motor Vehicle
- Experience in driving will be preferred
Surveillance Worker
- HSSLC passed
Grade-IV
- Class VI passed
Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 32 years
Age Relaxation
- 5 years for ST / OST / SC candidates (permanent residents of Meghalaya)
