Essential Qualification:

  • Master’s in Philosophy, Education, English, Social Work, or Psychology
  • 2+ years of experience in youth/community engagement or training
  • Fluent in English & one local language
  • MS Office proficiency

2. District Field Officer

No of posts: 8

Location: Khasi:2, Jaintia:2 and Garo:4

Salary: Rs. 18,000/- per month

Essential Qualification: Master’s in Social Work or related fields with 1+ years of experience in community engagement MS Excel proficiency (formulas, data entry) 40 WPM+ typing speed Fluent in English & one local language Demonstrated problem-solving skills.

3. STEM Trainer

No of posts: 6

Location: Khasi:2, Jaintia:2 and Garo:2

Salary: Rs. 18,000/- per month

Essential Qualification: 

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Science, Computer Applications, Technology, or related fields
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify and effectively convey STEM concepts
  • Fluent in English & one local language
