Eligibility Criteria for APSSB Recruitment 2025
Candidates must carefully review the eligibility criteria regarding educational qualifications and age limits before applying for the APSSB CHSL Exam.
Educational Qualification
- Agriculture Field Assistant (Jr): Class XII (Science) passed from a recognized Board/Institution.
- Data Entry Operator (DEO): Class XII pass, a typing speed of 35 wpm, and a minimum 6-month Diploma in Computer Application.
- Fishery Demonstrator: Class XII (Science) passed with Biology as one of the subjects.
- Laboratory Assistant: Class XII with Science and a certificate course in Laboratory Assistant.
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Class XII pass, a typing speed of 35 wpm, and a minimum 6-month Diploma in Computer Application.
- Mandal: Class XII passed with Mathematics/Geography or a Diploma in Civil/Survey Engineering, plus a minimum 3-month certificate course in GIS/ETS/Total Station.
- Sanitary Inspector (SI): Class XII with Science stream.
- Urban Programme Inspector (UPI): Class XII (Science) from a recognized Board.
Age Limit (as on 21/07/2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 35 Years
- Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules:
- APST: 5 years
- PwBD: 10 years (15 years for APST PwBD)
- Ex-Servicemen (Ex-SM): As per government norms.
