Remuneration / Salary
Selected candidates will receive a starting basic pay of ₹23,100/- per month (including two advance increments) in the pay scale of:
₹20,700(1) – 1200(3) – 24,300 – 1440(4) – 30,060 – 1920(6) – 41,580 – 2080(2) – 45,740 – 2370(3) – 52,850 – 2850(1) – 55,700
Along with admissible allowances such as:
- Dearness Allowance (DA)
- House Rent Allowance (HRA)
- City Compensatory Allowance (CCA)
- Transport Allowance, etc.

Citizenship
- Candidate must be a citizen of India.

Educational Qualification
Development Assistant
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks

Development Assistant (Hindi)
- Bachelor’s Degree in English or Hindi medium with Hindi & English as compulsory/elective subjects
OR - Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi and English as main subjects
- Minimum 50% marks (Pass class for SC/ST/PwBD/EXS candidates)
- Ability to translate from English to Hindi and vice-versa
- Knowledge of word processing on PC
