Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in:
- Healthcare Management
- Hospital Administration
- Public Health
- Management
- Certification in Quality Management / Procurement / Public Finance is desirable
Experience & Skills
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in hospital or health facility management
- At least 3 years of managerial experience in:
- Government health facility, or
- Large public hospital, or
- Health programme (desirable)
Additional Experience (Advantageous):
- Budget management
- Procurement / tender processes
- Human Resource administration
- Working knowledge of state/district health systems and public health processes
Essential Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications:
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Google Docs, Sheets, Slides (G Suite)
- Ability to prepare effective reports and presentations
Age Limit
- Candidates must be below 45 years of age
Salary / Remuneration
- Monthly Remuneration: ₹50,000/-
- Salary is negotiable based on educational qualifications and relevant experience
Duration of Contract
- Initial contract period of 01 year
- Contract may be renewed based on:
- Satisfactory performance
- Continuation of the project
- Selected candidates will be required to sign a deed agreement with MSHS
