MBMA Recruitment 2025 – Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences / Social Work / Rural Development or related fields.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite.
• Good communication skills.

Essential Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Minimum 1 year of field experience in:
  • Community engagement
  • Fieldwork
  • Data collection
• Knowledge of local languages is mandatory (Khasi/Garo/Jaintia).

Skills Required

• Ability to travel extensively within assigned block/cluster.
• Monitor Village Data Volunteers.
• Coordination with local committees for preparing village NRM plans.
• Strong community and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
