IPPB Executive Salary 2025
- ₹30,000/- per month (Fixed Pay) including statutory deductions.
- Performance-based incentives and annual increment applicable.
- No other allowances or bonuses will be provided.
Tenure of Engagement
- Engagement period: 1 year (extendable up to 3 years) based on performance.
- Performance reviews every 6 months — unsatisfactory performance in two reviews may lead to repatriation.
- Cooling-off period: 2 years after completion of engagement.
Selection Process
- Selection will be based on merit, calculated from graduation marks.
- In case of tie:
- Seniority in DoP will be considered.
- If same, date of birth will be the deciding factor.
- IPPB may conduct an Online Test if necessary.
- Selected candidates must provide NOC, Vigilance Clearance, and Penalty Records.
