1. LDA Cum Typist

• No of Posts: 92 [UR: 10, K/G: 75, OST/SC: 7]
• Salary: Pay Level-5 (as per revised pay structure)
• Qualification:
  • Matriculation/SSLC passed from a recognized School/Board
  • Certificate in Computer Application (minimum 3 months course) from a recognized institute
  • Minimum typing speed of 30 w.p.m (to be tested in speed test)

2. Sectional Assistant

• No of Posts: 30 [UR: 4, K/G: 26]
• Salary: Pay Level-4
• Qualification: SSLC passed from a recognized School/Board

3. Fishery Demonstrator

• No of Posts: 9 [UR: 1, K/G: 8]
• Salary: Pay Level-4
• Qualification: Class XII Science passed with Biology as a subject

4. Forester-I

• No of Posts: 20 [UR: 2, K/G: 18]
• Salary: As per revised pay structure
• Qualification: HSSLC Science Stream or above
• Physical Standard/ Fitness:
  • Height: Male – 163 cm (152 cm for SC/ST), Female – 150 cm (145 cm for SC/ST)
  • Chest: Male – 79 cm (normal) + 5 cm expansion; Female – 74 cm (normal) + 5 cm expansion
  • Physical Test: Walk 25 km (Male) / 16 km (Female) within 4 hours

5. Soil & Water Conservation Demonstrator Jr. I

• No of Posts: 19 [UR: 5, K/G: 13, OST/SC: 1]
• Salary: Pay Level-4
• Qualification:
  • HSLC passed in Science Stream
  • Must serve in interior areas of Meghalaya
  • Must pass Physical Test
  • Medical Fitness Certificate required
  • Must execute bond for 11 months Field Assistant Training Course at Soil & Water Conservation Training Institute, Byrnihat (stipend provided during training)
