OR - Graduate with Certification/Diploma in Career Counseling and 3-5 years experience in Counseling/Educational Counseling at school level.

2. Block Resource Person (I.E.)
- No. of Posts: 3
- Age Limit: Max 32 years (Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST)
- Salary: ₹22,000/- per month
- Essential Qualification:
- Graduate with D.El.Ed/B.Ed in Special Education
- Must be registered with Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI)
3. Block Resource Person (BRP)
- No. of Posts: 22
- Age Limit: Max 32 years (Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST)
- Salary: ₹22,000/- per month
- Essential Qualification:
- Graduate with B.Ed
