Selected candidates will:

• Verify and monitor works under government schemes such as Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGS) in nearby villages
• Input findings using simple digital applications on mobile/tablets
• Ensure transparency and accountability in village projects
• Share findings with citizens and local leaders in public hearings
• Amplify citizens’ voices in decision-making
