About PNB Apprentice Recruitment 2026
Punjab National Bank is engaging Graduate candidates as Apprentices through the BFSI Sector Skill Council of India (BFSI SSC). The engagement is purely for training purposes and does not confer any right to permanent employment in the Bank.

Educational Qualification
Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:
- Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University / Institute approved by UGC / AICTE / Government bodies
- Result of Graduation must have been declared on or before 31.12.2025
- Candidates must produce mark sheets and provisional/degree certificates when required
- For candidates registered under NATS, the date of passing Graduation should not be more than 4 years prior to 01.01.2026
- Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the State/UT they are applying for (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding)
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)
- Minimum Age: 20 Years
- Maximum Age: 28 Years
- Candidates must have been born between 02.01.1998 and 01.01.2006
Age Relaxation:
- SC / ST / OBC / PwBD candidates will get age relaxation as per Government of India guidelines
- Maximum age shall not exceed 34 years as on 01.01.2026 for applicants under NAPS

- Upload required documents (Caste certificate, PwBD certificate, etc., if applicable)
- Enter NAPS Apprentice Code Number and/or NATS Enrolment Number, if available
- Submit the online application
- Pay the applicable examination fee
Important Instructions:
- Candidates who passed Graduation on or after 01.01.2022 and were not previously registered on the NATS portal must register as “Student” on https://nats.education.gov.in
- After registration, apply for “Apprenticeship with Punjab National Bank” on the NATS portal
- All applicants must update their NAPS/NATS numbers on https://beep.bfsissc.com
- PwBD candidates must submit scribe details to info@bfsissc.com
